Virginia NORML is a nonprofit organization registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the accredited state affiliate of NORML, the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, located in Washington DC. Virginia NORML has six local chapters: Culpeper County NORML, Hampton Roads NORMLHarrisonburg NORML, Jefferson Area NORML, New River Valley NORMLNoVA NORML, Roanoke Valley NORML and RVA NORML, as well as a patient coalition, Cannabis Commonwealth.

Virginia NORML provides a voice in the public policy debate for the overwhelming majority of Virginians who oppose the failed policy of marijuana prohibition in favor of decriminalizing possession, and regulating in-state medical and adult-use production and sales for a safer Commonwealth.
